Return/exchange procedure
Please email: with your order ID.

We will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery unless goods were damaged in transit or not as ordered. A copy of your receipt will need to be returned with the goods. We will step you through the returns/exchange steps from here. On an exchange delivery will be charged.

Please note all sale items are final.

How do I return/exchange an item?
Email us and include your order number:

Post your item and carefully package the contents,
including a copy of the receipt to: PO Box 3196, Norwood, SA, 5067

We deliver Australia wide using standard post. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to 3-7 business days depending on your location, all items ship from Adelaide, Australia.

We ship internationally, parcels are shipped using Registered Post International (Airmail). International parcels can take up to 5 -15 working days depending on the destination.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

This will vary from screen to screen, please be aware there maybe a difference from the real product.
